Hosts through and through – with warmth, humour and a down-to-earth spirit. Rooted in Rio di Pusteria for generations, the Pertinger family stands for genuine hospitality in a place that brings people together.
Masters of their craft – and passionate about their work. Our dough rests for at least 24 hours, before being topped with selected ingredients and crispy baked in our wood-fired oven.
Here, there’s plenty of chopping, stirring and seasoning going on – with lots of passion and a great love of cooking. A well-coordinated team working hand in hand, preparing every dish with care and an instinct for what matters most: honest, down-to-earth and with a generous pinch of creativity.

Hand formed, freshly topped and baked at high heat: our pizzas are crisp, aromatic and … simply delicious. Whether classic or creative – each one is made with care and a skilful blend of flavours. We use only the best ingredients: flour from Rieper, mozzarella from Brimi and selected Italian products – because great pizza starts with the quality of the ingredients.
From South Tyrolean classics like Schlutzkrapfen or Knödeln to Italian dishes like homemade pasta, risotto or Steak: our cooking combines hearty tradition with Mediterranean lightness.

Our speciality weeks bring extra variety to the menu: sometimes fish, Mexican, sometimes seasonal inspirations. The best thing to do: just drop by and see what’s on.

our restaurant and pizzeria is ideally located – only 5 minutes from the motorway exit, 1 minute from the Val Pusteria national road and has plenty of parking – even for coaches. The train station is just a short walk away.
There’s even an electric charging point right outside the pizzeria.
